Web 2.0 - what does this mean in reality?

The web is developing - and much of its recent hype is going into the so

Minimalistic web design in its bad sense, using only few fonts and graphic items, was normal. Then this changed immediately. The bad point: Annoying flash intros, unreadable crazy fonts, and confusing structures on many websites. But what is the alternative? Yes it is simple, it is simplicity. It is much more that a few fonts in your web design … its a restart from scratch, creating true value for the users. It is a way back to;the roots of the web, without loosing its achievements and making use of the new technologies. Simple designs, not too many fonts, a high value of content: That is Web 2.0.
